Antonio Lovato is the Pala Transfer Station (PTS) Supervisor for the Pala Band of Mission Indians and has worked in the Pala Environmental Department since 2015.

Antonio works closely with the Environmental Director, providing oversight and coordination of environmental program areas, and helping to develop and implement policies, goals, planning, and guidance for the PTS. 

He also provides financial management, which includes ensuring that the California Redemption Value (CRV)/CRV Buy-Back program reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner. He manages daily operations at the PTS, ensuring all waste is properly disposed of and that the PTS is operated safely and effectively. He oversees a crew of five staff.

The Pala Transfer Station is funded by the tribe and by customer revenue.
