What kinds of things can you help me with?
In-home health services, assistance with in-home telehealth appointments between you and your doctor, medication management, physical assessments (mobility, skin and wound care, diabetic foot exams), nutrition, health, and wellness education, prior authorizations for insurances, referrals, and resources to the community (vision, dental, podiatry, hearing, counseling physical and occupational therapies, caregiver support services, +etc.).
Do you work for an outside agency?
No, I am an employee of the Pala Tribe under the direct supervision of the Tribal Chairman.
Will it cost money to see you?
No, my services are free of charge.
Do I need a referral to see you?
No, you can self-referral for an initial in-home assessment.
